Tim began his career as a prosecutor after he earned his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. He eventually began a private practice as a defense attorney, defending clients from a wide range of criminal charges. Throughout his career, Tim has defended more than 10,000 clients. In his time as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney, he has never lost a murder case.
Tim Martin is a member of nearly ten bar associations, as well as the President of the DuPage County Criminal Defense Bar Association. He has published multiple legal works, including the Prosecutors DUI manual.
